Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on vellora-official.com. It is designed to give you a clear picture of how and when your order will reach you, so you can shop with confidence.

Delivery area

  • We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
  • We plan to extend delivery to further countries in the future.

Shipping costs

  • Tracked delivery is free on all UK orders.
  • There are no hidden charges: the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

Processing, dispatch and delivery times

  • Order processing: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order cut-off: 5:00 pm (UK time). Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 7 to 9 business days of being placed.

Order tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
  • You can follow your parcel through the carrier's tracking portal, or contact our support team for help at any time.

Delays and missing parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of being placed, contact us at support@vellora-official.com and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.

Order changes and cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled at any time before dispatch. Contact our customer service as soon as possible.
  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout: if a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
