Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and inform you of when we can deliver it, or we will refund the full amount of your order using the original payment method.


DELIVERY AREA
Items offered on our website are delivered in Canada. Exceptions may be made depending on the customer.


DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your doorstep. In order to maintain impeccable and unique quality, some of our products are also made to order.

Delivery times are divided into two parts:

- Processing time, order verification & quality control: 24 to 72 hours


- Shipping: the delivery time is indicated at checkout. They are generally between 3 and 7 business days in Canada. But may take up to 10 business days due to logistics issues in your area.


SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are free for Canada. Applicable sales taxes will depend on the state or territory where the shipment is made.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional delays in order processing should also be expected during holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and the day after Christmas. A person must be available to sign and confirm that the goods received are indeed those that were ordered. The delivery date may vary depending on factors such as the carrier's delivery practices, the delivery location, the shipping method, and the items ordered. Additionally, items may be shipped in separate shipments.

Free pickup at a collection point (local post office)

During delivery, if you are not available, the delivery agents will drop off your order at the local post office in your area. You will have 3 to 5 days to pick it up. If you do not, your package will be returned to us.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
You must notify us of any item damaged during shipping within 24 hours of receiving it.
